WHY is the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM(R) and GYROKINESIS(R) so unique?
Both of these exercise systems create and can potentially restore healthy connective tissue. In my 29 years of teaching, I have never seen something that can change the lives of so many people in such a positive way. I do believe I have discovered the fountain of youth with this form of holistic movement. It is the one "magic movement" in the mix that makes everything else we do, respond better and much more efficiently.
